High voltage power supply HVPS-150

“Termolit” LTD specialists have designed and manufactured high-voltage power supply HVPS-150 with an output power up to 150 kW, current 5A and with voltage 30 kV. Power supply is used to work with electron beam gun of a glow discharge, which is designed for metal melting and powders in a vacuum.

This unit consists of:

- High-frequency transistor generator HFTG-150-22;

- boost transformer;

- diode rectifier bridge;

- smoothing inductor;

 

 

High-frequency transistor generator HFTG-5-22

 

High-frequency transistor generator is designed for using in laboratory, for melting ferrous and nonferrous metal and its alloys. It might also be used for melting precious metals to 3 kg. With the help of HFTG one can solder cutting tool in the circumstance of single-unit production.

Power supply of arc furnace PSAF-2200

 

“Termolit” LTD specialists have designed and manufactured the power supply of arc furnace with capacity to 2500kW and supply voltage 360/140-140V and efficiency 94%. Power supply PSAF-2200 is designed for powering DC arc furnaces by direct current with capacity up to 3t. Also PSAF can be used for automatic control of the melting process.

Blacksmith induction heater BIH-40

        Blacksmith induction heater is used for heating ends of the cut-to-length sections. The diameter range is from 5 to 25 mm, the maximum length of heating - to 50 mm. Regulated desktop speed is from 0,25 to 2,5 rotation / min. The average productivity of the induction heater for Ø16 comprises up to 1000 pieces / hour. Serially manufactured generator HFTG-40-66 is used as a heater. This complex is the most widely used in hardware production for hot forming heads of bolts and rivets.
