Induction melting furnace

TERMOLIT” LTD serially produces induction melting furnaces of  ICMEF type with capacity from 30 to 2 500 kg.
      Induction furnaces of ICMEF type are designed to melt and overheat cast iron, steel, stainless steel, nonferrous metals. Furnaces of  ICMEF type have a higher engineering data as compared with analogues of ISC type. They are used in the foundries of machine works as well as in the precision casting shops of small-scale enterprises to get the castings of high quality.

 

Main advantages of induction melting furnaces of “TERMOLIT” LTD:

1. Melting units are produced with application of modern technologies; frame is made of stainless steel to increase mechanical strength.

2. High-quality component parts are used – Czech and German medium-frequency capacitors.

3. Reliable thyristor frequency converters of new generation with automatic frequency trim during melting process are used in the furnaces.

4.  Higher melting power.

5.  Inductance of induction coils and connective lines, capacity of capacitor banks are calculated and optimally selected; as a result there are minimal losses in the furnace contour. By these the following is achieved:

  • higher output;

  • higher efficiency in energy consumption;

  • higher efficiency coefficient.

6. Modern advanced manufacturing sciences are used during the production of furnaces.

7.  Cylinder rods are defended against metal spray.

8.  Operational reliability is fundamentally increased.
